Terms and Conditions

Our (our website) terms and Conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the Law of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected by our terms and conditions.

Payment

Payment is made via PayPal Express Checkout using PayPal's secure servers. If you already have a PayPal account all you need to do is continue through your PayPal login after which you will be given the opportunity of confirming your order. You will not be required to enter your address details.

If you don't have a PayPal account you can either create one or make a payment using your credit or debit card.

Delivery/Postage Information

All purchases include free delivery when order value is £39 or more, to UK mainland addresses, including Northern Ireland. We are currently only able to despatch to UK addresses only.  Once cleared funds are received we will despatch your purchase as soon as possible,  however if there is any delay we will contact you.

Orders are normally despatched by first class recorded Royal Mail.  We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service (UK only) available from Monday to Thursday at an extra cost of £6.95.  Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day Service is also available for Saturday delivery at £9.95. Please note items ordered for Special Next Day Delivery must be placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. (This service is unavailable on Public and Bank holidays).

Stock - you should not be able to add a product to your shopping bag if the product is out of stock. However, in the rare situation where the stock levels are low it is possible that a product could be flagged as being in stock when two or more customers place orders very close together and the stock levels have not been updated. If we receive an order for an item that is out of stock we will contact you to give you the opportunity of either cancelling the order or putting the items on back order.

Returns

Please contact us first at customerservices@mumandbubs.co.uk to obtain a returns reference. All returns will be dealt with in accordance with your statutory rights. You will need to provide us with details of original purchase and purchase invoice reference. If product is proven to be faulty then a full refund will be given, please ensure returned items are returned to us using Royal Mail recorded delivery post.  Refunds will made within 30 days.

Cancellation

In accordance with the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order starting from the time you place the order and ending on the expiry of 7 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received. Please notify us of your intentions and return the goods within the 7 day cooling-off period. Goods must be in their original condition and packaging.
